New K-Tour Pass: 40% Off the KTX to Busan for Foreign Visitors

A 15,000 won pass launched on October 1, 2026, gives foreign visitors 40% off a one-way KTX or express bus to Busan, 50% off the AREX Express, and free entry to one Busan attraction.
What you need to know
- The pass costs 15,000 won and is for foreign visitors only. It's a pilot run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization.
- It includes 40% off a one-way KTX or express bus to Busan (up to 24,000 won), 50% off a one-way AREX Express (up to 6,000 won), and free entry to one of 35 Busan attractions.
- It's sold on Klook and Webtour. The card is picked up at Incheon, Gimpo, and Gimhae airports or Seoul and Busan stations, and can be loaded with won for subways and buses.
